Standard Return Policy

If for any reasons you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within three (3)days of effective delivery and ask for a full refund of the original purchase price, not including the shipping charges, and provided that the item is returned in the same exact condition and packaging as when it was shipped to you. An automatic 10% restocking fee per item will apply to cover bank fees and time consuming. Note that returned items must not show any signs of wear or abuse, and must be complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, strings, and any other materials or documents, certificate, report, that originally shipped with the instrument; if the returned item shows signs of wear or is not meeting these requirements, it may be refused or an additional replace or repair fee may be assessed. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL and insure your package when returning your item. We are not responsible for shipping damages occurring during returns, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs including custom fees if any. All returned items and packages are carefully inspected and pictured upon arrival at the violonsanciens.com warehouse.

IMPORTANT: All returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) on the outside of the package. Any items returned without a RA Number may be refused. To obtain a RA Number you may contact us via email.

You may expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks after we receive your package back. We issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase especially with Paypal.


How to Return an Item

1. Email us here to obtain a RA Number. 

2. Write the RA Number on the return package. Item must be in original packaging complete with all original materials shipped with the instrument and showing no signs of wear or use. 

3. Ship the package back to us via a reliable carrier within the first three (3) days from the day you received the item.

 

Refusal of Delivery

If for any reasons you refuse a delivery, miss your delivery appointment, provide inaccurate/non-deliverable address, it is considered as a Refusal of Delivery. If an item is refused upon delivery for any reasons other than showing obvious signs of damage, you are responsible for both original and return shipping costs and any other costs involved in the delivery and return process including (but not limited to) an automatic restocking fee as mentioned above in our Standard Return Policy.
